Three “debate teams” are faced with a great challenge put forth by the (hypothetical) General Counsel: Reduce spending related to outside counsel. 

Each team will build a business case for why their approach is the best way forward:

• Team 1 will argue that bringing more work in-house is the best approach
• Team 2 wants to leverage ALSPs more
• And Team 3 suggests renegotiating terms with existing outside counsel
